Well I didn't make it to 24, but I'm pleasantly surprised - and pleased- with how far I did make it. Read a total of 2,488 pages. And since I have to be up super early and just finished my 6th book, I figured it was time to stop. It was such a relaxing weekend though and I'm so glad I joined this #24in48! I can't wait for the next one! 📚❤😊 @24in48

Hi all! I know I have been very quiet. Some of you know the Penguin offices are moving from our downtown home to the Random House building in Midtown. Most of us have to pare down to cubes. Crazy few months and yesterday was the last day. I did not have enough time to send books to my tea&book swap pals. Sorry! I had 26 years of life to cull. Here's a pic of my commute buddies on the way home last night. I expect to be around much more now.
Next up for #signedsunday is this book I got my first year of college at St. John's. I still haven't read it! 😁 The author also attended SJC and I really enjoyed his reading/talk so I bought a copy. Feeling bad that I ended up bailing on SJC a year and a half later, but I still plan to read this book. #autumnreads
#BookNerdConfessions Sometimes I turn to and read the last page of a book to see if I need to break out any tissues for it. Does it ruin some of the surprises? Yes, but it saves me from reading those more emotional parts in public. Seriously, I got teased hardcore in grade school for crying while reading Where the Red Fern Grows in class. I don't need a more grownup retread of that experience. #FallIntoBooks @RealLifeReading
Ah, the end of my 6th #deweys #readathon! I had a great time, thought it very successful for me, and I love Litsy even more during the event! How are you feeling??
