pickBook 2 in this series and this is Kai‘s story. This is a pretty intense read and you will want to read this one in order in which the books were written. Looking forward to picking up book 3. Love Penelope Douglas. She‘s not always a pretty or easy read but emotions aren‘t always pretty are they?

Book 2 in Devil's Night series. Similar to Amo Jones' Elite King Club series but not as dark
bailedNope, nope, nope. 10 pages in and I can already tell that this one is a no-go, it immediately made me uncomfortable and not in a good way. I didn't love the first book in this series either but thought I'd give this one a shot since unfortunately I've already read the rest of Penelope Douglas' backlist.
I'll just have to find a new author to obsess over. Any super steamy romance recs? #romantsy
