FantasyChick @Jaberwocky That's kind of what I'm thinking! I dont want to hide the top now. Thinking maybe a light chocolate drizzle along the sides and something involving crushed candy canes 😊 I'm sure inspiration will hit by the time it cools! 6y

Man, everyone here is getting ready for #litsypartyofone and I'm running around flipping out about getting everything ready for the husband's birthday BBQ tomorrow. This is the cookbook I started making cheesecakes from, years ago. I have since branched out on my own, but I still use the techniques I learned from this book. (This one is pomegranate, at the husband's request.)
