I am enjoying this book so much. Simple writing, but beautiful descriptions with oral traditions honored. I don't want to return it to the library.

I must really admire the style of Norse Sagas.

I really wanted to get into this and finish it, but I have other books to read. And to be honest, I want a sweeping generational tale and this is too much of names and things happening without any real relationships between characters.
1. Blue
2. Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath
3. People of the Book by Geraldine Brooks
4. Ketchup at the very most; I don‘t like a lot of condiments on my burger
5. My birthday party tomorrow and D&D on Sunday

Okay, time to tackle more of this one.
For the #13inthree readathon I only managed to get about 11 hours of reading in, but I did finish two books.
It‘s a day late but I love these questions and that image!
1. Carl Hiaasen books, especially Stormy Weather
2. Dolphin, cause I‘m basic
3. Any beach where I can go swimming
Okay Littens, I need your advice. I picked up a copy of Freedom by Johnathan Franzen three(?) years ago because it was mentioned on Parks and Rec. I have not read it yet and I‘ve only heard uncomfortable things about Franzen ever since (misogyny, sexism, etc). Is it worth reading or should I save my reading time for something else?
I‘m really proud of myself for getting through The Darkest Minds so I won‘t be late returning it to the library.
