The Reading Group: March
The Reading Group: March | Della Parker
9 posts | 1 read
'A wonderful afternoon read with a cuppa!' Amazon Reviewer. Perfect for fans of Jill Mansell, Trisha Ashley and Milly Johnson. Meet the Reading Group: six women in the seaside village of Little Sanderton come together every month to share their love of reading. No topic is off-limits: books, family, love and loss . . . and don't forget the glass of red! Jojo has felt ruined for romance ever since her husband and love of her life, Big Al, left on an around-the-world trek to 'find himself' and never came back. Then her colleague Daniel asks her on a date. He's conscientious, sincere and serious - everything Big Al wasn't - and Jojo begins to think they might have a real future together. But a romantic dinner date in his pristinely impressive home reveals his pad to be a practical mausoleum to his troubled past . . . causing Jojo to wonder if her new man's heart is really ready to move on. This month the Reading Group is devouring Daphne du Maurier's Rebecca, and wondering if fiction really does mirror real life . . . 'Brims with laughs, love, family and friendship. You will love this heartwarming read!' Trisha Ashley.

My #bookspinbingo list for March! Some have been on my list for months, others are new, all are ones I really want to read. I‘ve left myself some room for authors that I have multiple books on my TBR still to read so fingers crossed I get lots off my shelves!

Thanks @Andrew65 for hosting another wonderful #20in4 #readathon I plan to read a lot as my husband works this weekend and it seems to be gloomy here in the Midwest!

I‘m hoping to listen to a lot of audio and maybe get to my stack of graphic novels! ❤️

CoffeeNBooks It's been gloomy here the past few days, too- perfect reading weather! 2y

This is my pile of books for March #BookSpinBingo There are some readathons or activities I want to participate this month: March Mystery Madness month, Middle Grade Readathon, Women History month. I will combine the prompts. Also, I will like to continue reading books left in previous months for #BookSpin Bingo plus sequels I need to read. Well, at the end is to read more books from our tbr and enjoy the reading process.

Es war definitiv nicht mein Monat. Zuviel Arbeit, zuwenig Pause und zuwenig Zeit zum Lesen. Ab morgen hab ich Urlaub. Vielleicht schaffe ich dann mal was. 😎

This wasn't my month. Too much work, less breaks and definitely not enough reading time. Maybe it's getting better now. I'm on holidays now. 😎

julesG Enjoy your holidays. 7y
