Chicken Soup for the Writer's Soul
Chicken Soup for the Writer's Soul: Stories to Open the Heart and Rekindle the Spirit of Writers | Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen
4 posts | 6 read | 2 to read
Being a writer can be a lonely and frustrating experience. The stories in this book-by a wide range of professional writers, novelists, journalists, freelancers, poets and screenwriters-will give readers insight into the human trials, tribulations and triumphs of writers, and writers a source of inspiration and commiseration.

4/5⭐ I was hoping the entries would be more focused on the craft, the how, of writing. Instead they're all motivational stories, the why of writing. Which is fine and well done, just not what I was looking for, so I skipped most of them. The quotes and comics peppered throughout are a nice touch. #roll100

#readjanuary #SignedBook I am a signed book collector - nearly 200. Most of them have been signed at author signing events or thru my first addition club. Since moving to Alabama, for work, from So Cal, I've actually been able to meet more authors - less people in line. This was my very first signed book. And, my gateway drug to book signings.

PurpleyPumpkin Wow, very impressive!😍 7y
