I posted about loving this soup cookbook before, but it‘s been awhile so I am using it for today‘s #Love prompt. I have made multiple recipes from it (some of them pictured above from my blog) & loved them allā€”especially the Pickle Soup in the top left corner.

shanaqui Oooh, this is tempting. Though we've mostly been making soup in the slow cooker, so we can do the work during the cool part of the day when we have energy, and then eat later without having a hot stove etc etc. Still, it might give us ideas... 2y

Every soup I've made from it is delicious--as are Anna Thomas's descriptions & advice & the cheery artwork by Annika Huett. If you love soup & like creative vegetarian options, it's a valuable addition to a cookbook collection. Nute I love soup all year round. That bowl of soup looks so good, even though I just ate dinner, there is always room for soup. I have to have that cookbook. 7y

So this Sopa de Ajo (Garlic Soup) soup is a bit of a hot mess in the looks department but it is simple, delicious, & ready to eat in 10-15 minutes. Just garlic, broth, paprika, bread, & egg-perfect for when you are feeling lazy, sick, or just left of center. From one of my very favorite soup cookbooks-so many great recipes in it, Anna Love is the soup master. My Sunday late lunch & the recipe will be on the blog shortly. š¨²š¨´š“ā¯¤ļø¸ #soup #cookbook
