A group of my students (8th gr girls) have been after me to read this “proper” romance. What a lovely, sweet, and innocent regency romance.

Mdargusch How nice they wanted you to read one of their favorite books! 8mo
Zelma I loved this book and her next one as well. She has become an auto-read for me! 8mo

I couldn't help myself. I made an Amazon order and added a book to it. Haven't read this author before but it looks good.

Delightful. Yes, it was predictable but nonetheless it truly was a delightful, fun and light romance set in the Regency era (which I enjoy). A fun, fun story that was well suited to my reading tastes and mood.
