From critically-acclaimed author Trish Doller comes a powerful new psychological page-turner perfect for fans of Lauren Oliver and Sara Zarr.Eighteen-year-old Arcadia wants adventure. Living in a tiny Florida town with her dad and four-year-old brother, Cadie spends most of her time working, going to school, and taking care of her family. So when she meets two handsome cousins at a campfire party, she finally has a chance for fun. They invite her and friend to join them on a road trip, and it's just the risk she's been craving-the opportunity to escape. But what starts out as a fun, sexy journey quickly becomes dangerous when she discovers that one of them is not at all who he claims to be. One of them has deadly intentions. A road trip fling turns terrifying in this contemporary story that will keep readers on the edge of their seats.

#rfcr2 Week 4 check-in! I was sick, so it was kind of a slow week fitness wise. I took Wednesday off work, and stayed home so I could read and sleep all day. It was delightful! We did spend one day last weekend walking around the fair, and I got in a long walk Thursday after work. I finished the tagged book, and am almost done with two others. So, not a total loss. @wanderinglynn

twohectobooks Great job! 5y
mcipher I‘d say this is a win for the week - taking good care of yourself when you‘re sick and is a huge part of being healthy! 👏👏 5y

wanderinglynn Way to go! 🙌🏻 Sounds like a great week to me, especially since you were sick! So definitely take time to celebrate what you accomplished! 🎉 5y
Lucy_Anywhere I hope you feel better - being sick can make all your good intentions fly out the window. Well done on keeping going 🙌 5y

#BFCR2 Week 3 check-in! I think this was my best week so far. I didn‘t finish a book, but I‘m half way done with 3, and I can‘t put the tagged book down. I‘ll likely finish it today. I‘ve been on the treadmill a couple days this week, and took a walk every day during my break at work. AND...I signed up for my next half marathon yesterday! It‘s not until May, but give me something to work towards!
@wanderinglynn

Lucy_Anywhere Great stuff 🙌 and the half-marathon looks exciting! I went to Yosemite two years ago and loved it. We spent a week hiking and the scenery was glorious 5y
Ingerella That's awesome! I've always wanted to do this one. I'm signed up for one in January. It will be my post knee surgery comeback half, but I need to get out of the planning stages! 5y

BeckyandBooks @Lucy_Anywhere @Ingerella @wanderinglynn @jillannjohn @mcipher Thanks everyone, I‘m really excited about this 1/2 marathon! We love Yosemite, and try to get over there as much as we can (we live pretty close). (edited) 5y
okthislooksbad Gosh that's awesome! I wish I had the guts to sign up for a half marathon, you're awesome! 💃💃 5y
BeckyandBooks @okthislooksbad Do it! My first half was a Disneyland 1/2 marathon and it was sooo much fun! Amazing people and an amazing course! 5y
twohectobooks Good for you! This looks awesome. I‘ve been feeling very tempted to get into open water swimming for the sake of participating in swims in really picturesque locations. Extra motivation for sure! 5y

Reading this book reminded me of watching Gossip Girl and Pretty Little Liars- a bit predictable, shaking my head at the MC's thought process, and gorgeous guys and romance. Definitely a guilty pleasure, but a fast, enjoyable read.

Quick, creepy, psychological thriller read. I never heard of this book before seeing it on BookOutlet for super cheap. It sounded interesting so I grabbed it and I wasn't disappointed.

This was a fast read I recommended to all my high school students during book talks. The story sucks you in and there are enough "naughty" bits to keep my teens reading. ?
