The festival is Libr@ria, in Venaria Reale, Italy. The local library put its old books destined to be thrown away up for "adoption".

A little child rummaged through the old books, excited and enchanted. She found a copy of Roald Dahl's Esio Trot and she sat right there on the ground reading it. Her copy of Matilda had been read so often that it was completely falling apart.

Finished two books in two days.
One was Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor and the other was the prequel novella of the Chaos Walking series The New World by Patrick Ness.
Both made me Weep (!).

I'm turning to this one in a deep hope that it'll give me some peace of heart (I'm okay with the thought it might not).
