While this was definitely a page turner, there were definite spots where I think the writing lacked. But it was an easy read and I did enjoy it.

Absolutely loved this book and cannot wait to recommend it to my students. It also fits the #middlegrademarch challenge (although as a 4th grade teacher, every month brings me middle grade books).

Perfect start to this quiet Saturday. Hoping to finish this one this morning.
