Picked this book up after seeing it all over litsy, but honestly don't think the hype was worth it - not for me anyway. The major twist was so predictable that I was frustrated by how long it took Nora to understand.. but maybe that's because it is too much of a rehash of #GoneGirl?? Just a thought.
Though I'll admit it wasn't entirely unpleasant - hopefully #TheWomaninCabin10 is an improvement..

I love love loved this book! It had everything I wanted - all of the quirky stylistic choices so rare in modern books! I'd definitely recommend this book to anyone who enjoyed Hannah Kent's #BurialRites although they are definitely different in style. I really respect Burnet for refusing to hold the readers' hand to guide us blindly to a set conclusion
