I‘m currently obsessed with all books that are enemies to lovers. This came highly recommended and it lived up to the hype. I thought it was fantastic, funny and wonderful.

Sebastian and Sara don‘t get along. He‘s just a bit antisocial and grumpy and she struggles with a lot of emotional baggage. They are mandated to go to therapy together after a workplace incident and thus begins a very antagonist relationship that turns into more.

She gets asked to be the double for a famous actress during her publicity events. She needs the money so agrees, but is shocked when she‘s paired up with a sexy stuck up actor.

I could not stop reading this book! Amazing characters, steamy romance and such a fun story. I loved everything about it.

Georgiana needs to get married to stop her cousin from forcing her into a marriage where he takes control of her business. What better way to get and lose a husband than to marry a criminal about to get hung?

But Benedict is actually undercover for Bow Street and when he meets up with Georgiana again, the sparks fly.

It started off great with Ally losing her job and starting over in Maine. On her first night she freaks out and calls a hot guy neighbor for help. It was cute and fun.

But both MCs are a bit of a mess emotionally and I felt like we never got a full picture of Jake‘s hot and cold moments and Ally overreacted a lot. I will definitely read more in the series though.

But it was a lot. Like every crazy twist was thrown in when it wasn‘t needed. There were assassins, psychic teddy bears, con men, and more. It was just a lot.

This might be one of my favorite books this year. The humor was spot on, the douche canoe fiancé was someone you could love to hate, each character was flawed, but amazing. It was so good! And the romance was steamy, fun and awkwardly sweet.

I needed to be prepared for the emotional hits. It was definitely a different vibe than the first two books in the series. It‘s more of a focus on family, Anna‘s journey through her diagnosis and Quan‘s journey to healing.

I loved the book. I felt so much while reading. The pain and frustration is consuming in parts. Definitely read Hoang‘s author note at the end, it explains so much about how this book went and made it even more meaningful .

Was it really uncomfortable? Yes, and I‘m still struggling with it. The tabooness was a lot uncomfortable and I‘m trying to separate the story and the relationship changes between the MCs

My first Melissa Foster book was a good one! I wasn‘t expecting such a great mix of humor, angst and steaminess. But I should have been because so many have recommended her books. I will definitely be reading more.

Tracey and Diesel start off as frenemies. He‘s trying to protect her and she believes she‘s capable of taking care of herself. But as they are pushed together they move past their painful pasts to make their relationship work.

This book was everything I love about romance. It‘s sweet, emotional and the build up between Hannah and Fox is so steamy. Even the first kiss scene is hot.

There‘s just something comforting about a Kristen Ashley book. I read them when I‘m on emotional overload- so this time I picked up a new to me book.

Julia has moved to England to raise her nieces and nephew after her brother and sister-in-law passed, but she‘s co- raising them with Douglas, her stern, broody, sexy brother-in-law. There‘s plenty of drama and sweetness, some great secondary characters and a cursed house with the requisite ghosts.

I laughed my a$$ off at Arienna. She hopes for the best, but believes in revenge. That is, unless she needs the good D, then she‘ll deal with what she has to. I freaking loved her, her murder pets and the hate sex she has with King Richard Morningstar who marries her with plans to execute her. She‘s not going to let that happen- in fact she checks out some great books about getting him first, but she keeps getting distracted.

Lauren_reading The humor in this book won‘t work for everyone, but I loved it. The sex is dirty and so good and the constant assassination attempts had me intrigued. I cannot wait to read more. 2y

Julie was a huge b$@ch in a previous book in the series, but has done a lot of reflection after her kidnapping and is changing her ways. Look - it wasn‘t as bad as the previous book, but it wasn‘t great. It‘s also only book 1 in a duet and it really doesn‘t need to be. I ended up liking this book about halfway through. Bonny was so fun and sweet and watching Valentine become self aware of his own actions and feelings was wonderful. There were so many funny moments that had me laughing. I adored seeing those two together.

I admit that the first part of this book was a struggle for me. I found Belle and Bonny really annoying and frustrating. It definitely took me getting more time with Bonny to love him.

This was a mix of romance and novel about a woman moving on with her life after divorce. The majority of this book was focused on Thea losing her job, finding her husband cheating on her with her friend and getting an inheritance of a home in a cute Scottish town. She gets a job in a book store with a grumpy, but sexy boss. While it sounds cliché it was pretty wonderful.

Lauren_reading The romance was slow burn and felt a bit rushed and lacking in chemistry. I loved both characters on their own and really liked the book, but wished for more feeling between them. 2y

Book 2 in the Dragon Heart Legacy was definitely more fantasy novel than romance and really cannot be read without reading the first book.

The world Nora Roberts has built is fantastical with dragons, elves, fae, weres and merpeople along with a magic sword and a dark god out to take over all the worlds. We get the start of battle and betrayals in this installment, a focus on duty and protection over a relationship between Keegan and Breen.
