I didn‘t love it as much as the first book (which I read WAY back in 2016!!) but I will definitely still finish the trilogy!

Absolutely incredible. The strength and resilience of some humans is mind boggling.

Small book, big story.

A small book with a big message; amazing how literature can capture concepts that are still prevalent and relevant a century later.

A fantastic mystery novel - a page turner with good writing and a gripping plot! I really enjoyed this read.

Not the most amazing writing, but a truly incredible story. Anna‘s emotion is clearly displayed in every story she tells. Definitely worth the read!

This book was amazingly well written - a page turner if I‘ve ever found one. Truly unique perspectives on both Mormonism and the educational system in North America. Somewhat reminiscent of The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls.

The Wonder | Emma Donoghue

I chose this book because of how much I‘ve enjoyed Donoghue‘s other works. I found the start to be very slow; it didn‘t become a page turner until about halfway through. While it did require some perseverance, I still recommend this read to anyone who enjoys a good mystery intertwined with clever literary tricks! The ending had my heart beating a million miles a minute!!
