Perfect cabin read.

On the bus to ALA. Liking it so far! Wondering if it'll work for my fangirl 11-year-old.

An interesting and well-written middle-grade fantasy, though I think it's pretty complex and long for many middle-graders.

If you like Bourdain on TV, you'll like him here too. Abrasive, witty, and observant. It does jump around a bit and covers a lot of territory, but it's entertaining for sure.

This made my heart heavy. A bit repetitive and almost unbelievable at times, but important history and well-written. Mostly read on a porch while on vacation in Portland.

Funny! I knew almost nothing about Remini or Scientology, and finished it feeling both informed and amused.

I plan to do this (it will not be easy), and thought this book was extremely well-organized and helpful. If I don't make it, I will not be able to say it was for lack of information or helpful advice.

I'm taking advantage of the daylight to get into this. I usually read middle-grade fiction, so this is a stretch, but so far I like it.
