This was a really enjoyable light read about a girl who unknowingly finds a masterpiece in a pawn shop and the events that follow. There's many interesting characters, a little romance, and a crazy twisty plot that keeps the pages turning. Read this one while in Jamaica

Everything That Remains: A Memoir by The Minimalists | Joshua Fields Millburn, Ryan Nicodemus

Picked up this book after watching their documentary on netflix. I was surprised and a bit dissapointed to find that the book is more of an autobiography about Joshua's life than a resource for learning more about minimalism although there were a few relevant chapters that were pretty eye opening. I find the minimalist lifestyle quite appealing...time to get rid of some stuff.

This book took some time to get into, but once you start to find out more about what's going on it's hard to put down. A fascinating dystopian future is created where man is playing God with genetics that feels almost a bit too realistic. A dark and intriguing read. Now I need to read the next one!
