I put off reading this book for so long, and I'm sad that I did. It was beautiful, emotional, and sweet. Marillier did the original tale justice and more with her retelling.

The first book will forever be the best in my opinion, but this one brought back the excitement and ended in a nice fashion. Fun series.

Welp, I was starting a new book, and then my friend gifted me this treasure (a series we have often discussed, with me constantly lamenting having only read the first book). Now my addiction can unfold.

The best book ever? Nope. Entertaining? Certainly. Enough to make me look forward to the second at least.

It's happening. I'm starting the final book in the series. I'm excited, scared, and sad it's almost over all at the same time.

Things are starting to come to a head in the world of The Dark Tower. The penultimate book in the series delivers and gives some fun alternative insights to some things. I can't wait to dive into the last book now! Oh Susannah-mio, divided girl of mine!

Some people are going to dislike this book. Besides being a play, it is not much like the others, but I think that is to its credit as the characters as we knew them aren't the same either.
I don't want to give spoilers but if Rowling uses this as a jumping point for a new generation of characters, I'm behind her.
Thank you for the nostalgia Jo, you're the best. I hope you continue on in the wizarding world despite being done with Harry's story.

Digging in to the next audiobook. Not as fresh as miss Peregrines, but still enjoyable so far

I love The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt and found out that the games were based on books. I had to have them. They give amazing back story into characters and are many times directly reference in the game itself

Almost reads as an introduction or a prequel when compared to the series, but properly introduces Roland Deschain of Gilead as he badass he is.
