Delightful! You won‘t soon forget the main character-Molly. Her inability to see evil drives the plot. You will enjoy- I sure did.

I have so many thoughts after reading this excellent book. First, sadly this book won‘t be any high school reading list in Florida. There has been so much negative press about transgender people; it is nice to read a positive treatment of a transgender person. If you don‘t know a transgender person this book will open your eyes. I know a few who are all very normal people. Please read this book

Tom Kettle is the sad main character. The story is an interesting reflection on how loss and sexual trauma changes him.

They say the rich are different from you and I. Very true in this story. The rich are also very self absorbed. I can‘t think of any of the characters I admired.

This is a prequel. It supposed to set up the later books. I loved the book until the last 20 pages where the author suddenly decided to change the trajectory of the book.

Enjoyable read. Quite a few interesting characters in a story where an octopus is the main character. Sounds implausible but it isn‘t.

The Mother-in-Law | Sally Hepworth
Pickpick

It just as easy could have been named The Daughter-in-Law, since both receive equal billing. Sally is a wonderful writer and she shows her skills in this book. You suspect from early in the book that there will be a reveal at the end and Sally does not disappoint. You will have to read to find out

Given the times we are in White is the last name of the main character. The book bounces from WWII to after the war. Good story to remind us of the consequences of relying on assumptions.

Though I have read at least a half dozen Lincoln books I don‘t remember the depth of detail that this book contains. The striking thing about LINCOLN that this book brings home is how many times Lincoln lost before he won the presidency. Very enjoyable
