An excellent YA suspense thriller. I thought this book was well written and very relevant to today's political and technological world we live in. As a middle school librarian I am excited to recommend this book to my students and look forward to some engaging conversations about the book.

Wow! I jus finished this great YA mystery novel. As a middle school librarian I like to read what my students are being offered and this was a true winner. I enjoy recommending books and discussing books with my students. I cannot wait to recommend When and have a discussion about it. It was hard to put down. It kept me guessing. The end wasn't my favorite but it wasn't so related to the bulk of the book. Well written and suspenseful.

Another good and fast read. I am shocked at what I learned about this man. However I feel like a lot of details are missing. Mostly about his very rich and powerful associates. I feel there is a lot more that went on that was not in the book for reasons that would ruin a lot of lives. The sentence Mr. Epstein got was unfair and criminal. Those involved should be ashamed of the injustice. The rich and powerful always get away with their crimes.

I love this book. The details brought me to the circus. The sights, the smell, the sounds. I felt I was there. The story was sad at times. It left its mark for sure. A very well written novel with heart.

I just finished #behindhereyes ! #wtfthatending. I am still in shock. There are twists and turns in every page but I DID NOT see that ending coming. I could not put this novel down and I'm a little sad it's over. I want more. What a great, fun and imaginative novel. I don't want to give to much away but there are lies, deceit, crimes and fantasy between Adele, David and Louise that leave you breathless and wanting more. Enjoy!

Wow! What a moving book. I could not put this one down. The writing is flawless. Exactly what you want from an author. You get so invested in these characters. Even being able to relate to them a time or two. You recognize yourself or those around you in them. Sad, funny, captivating. Jennifer Niven is truly wonderful. Thanks for Violet and Finch. I'll always be cheering for them despite the outcome. Some are to Remarkey-able for this world.

CouronneDhiver I bailed on this one recently ... wasn't the right time. I'll have to come back it - sounds great! 7y
MissDani Definitely come back when it's the right time. I think you'll enjoy it. I would recommend being in the right headspace. 7y

I enjoyed this screenplay despite some reviews that it was disliked. Not as brilliant as the HP series but still contained its own magic. Seeing our favorites all grown up and living lives like ours(with more magic of course) dealing with children and work, I found it relatable, well written and perfect for the true HP fan. Just what the pottersphere needed. Hoping the play comes to the USA.

Afterward: A Novel | Jennifer Mathieu

Such a good read. It was well written and researched. A gut wrenching tale from 2 families that experienced a kidnapping. The unlikely friendship of 2 teens who need each other to help them cope with the aftermath. I was unsatisfied with the ending, it was quite abrupt and I wanted more.

Mehso-so

Well that was an abrupt ending. I am tossed between "pick" and "so-so" as I couldn't put the book down but was left unsatisfied many times while reading. The editing was poor at times. With errors in story telling, grammar and punctuation. However, the plot was good enough that I couldn't put the book down. I wanted to find out what happened next, a real who done it. The ending left me hanging and sad. Not great, but good enough as a weekend read.

Kindle download that was recommended to me from BookBub and I must say AWESOME! I loved it. I enjoyed the characters, the plot, the suspense, mystery, intrigue. I was totally surprised by this book since it was free. If you like the mystery, suspense genre you may find this book to your liking.

Similar to Girl on the Train, I wasn't impressed with the writing style at first. Lots of suspects and twists. Picked up about 1/2 way through and then I couldn't put it down.

Slow at first, but does pick up about 1/2 way through. At first I didn't like the writing style, skipping back and forth on dates and characters however, it all makes sense towards the end. Oh and WHAT A TWIST. I saw it coming in the final chapters but it totally made me want to keep reading.

Excited to begin reading this book in the series. A little apprehensive as I know Mr. Grecian hasn't written another for this series...I do hope there is more. I have enjoyed the journey with Jack and the detectives.

MrBook Oh, I've seen this book everywhere! Love the cover. Eager to hear your final verdict. 8y

This book is amazing. As a librarian for a middle school I feel this is an important read for all parents and kids. It makes one realize that their actions and words make an impact, positive and negative. Always be aware. You never know someone's journey in life and how you can impact them.

Kleonard I loved seeing Jay Asher speak at a teen literature conference in Denver several years ago---great guy! 8y
