(Awesome interaction and an awesome way to come out. I hope there is more of this)

Just finished this and if you enjoyed the first book, you'll love this one. Just like it's predecessor it's not predictable in any way with its twists and turns. You can tell it was supposed to be the end of a duology though so I really wonder what will happen in thw next book.

Someone in a group on FB asked about signed books. These are all mine currently. Picture gets cut in the app but the one you can't see the title is Faking Normal by Courtney Stevens.

This just arrived! Super excited to read it, but also scared because I know she was contacted about extending the series to 4 books.

Just finished this and... wow. A whole year for the last book. If you read the rest of the series but are torn about this because it's centered around Chaol, it's worth it. And there are some serious revolations the will impact the next book. I can't wait for the reunion!

That was the bookmark I used while reading. I think it suits.

Went to BN in Annapolis today and grabbed a couple books. 3 Adult romance, 1 YA fantasy. Trying out some new authors in adult as I tend to stick to the same ones. Let me know if you have any to recommend too!

"I bet I could convince you."
"How?"
"Let's just say I don't get many complaints."
"From your lovers?"
The man blinked. ... "Uh, yeah." He grinned again. "From my lovers."
"It's possible they refrain from complaining in order to spare your feelings."
"What?"
"Perhaps if you could keep a woman, you'd have less call to proposition strangers."

(This was a great scene.)

Finished this today and I loved all the elements in it. Ghosts, witchcraft (Wiccan kind), voodoo - All elements I love in one place. There are some gruesome parts (people being ripped apart and such among other things) but the book was well written. I know there is a 2nd book and hopefully I'll get it soon enough. (Once my husband is convinced I've made a good dent in my TBR pile).

Wonder Woman: Warbringer arrived today! Super excited to read it soon. Right now it's added to my huge TBR pile I acquired this summer :)

The_Heeler_Booklife So lucky. I preordered mine and it won't be here until later in the week or on the 5th. 7y
AlyviaSnow @allthingskayla One of the reasons I keep amazon prime is so I get free 2 day shipping for release day delivery lol 7y
The_Heeler_Booklife @AlyviaSnow I have Amazon prime, but I preordered through B&N only because it was signed and I was buying a textbook for school at the time. 7y

I have not read something that wasn't fantasy (or at least had fantasy aspects) in a really long time. This was amazing. The writing style was a little odd but it really just helped you understand the characters more. It's a coming of age story about 15-17yr old Ari. It set in 1987 and told from his perpestive as he tries to find out who he is. I don't wanna give anything away but I would recommend this.

I read this back in January and next month One Dark Throne comes out. I already have it pre-ordered and can't wait! Three Dark Crowns is/was one of my favorite reads so far this year.

I loved this book. I know it's part of a series so really I shouldn't expect a perfect ending with no cliffhangers but that's exactly what I got. Yeah, there are unanswered questions but nothing dire. I loved the book but I am left wondering what will happen in the next?

Tanzy13 I thought the whole series was pretty great and the authors other books are also good 😊📚 7y
AlyviaSnow @Tanzy13 I've read The Raven Cycle and loved it. Probably one of my favorite series which is partly why I got this. Glad to know the whole series is great. I have the next two books and will read them soon. 7y

Picked up a signed copy of Shiver, Linger, and Forever back in May when I attended Seven Sentences. Only just not getting around to reading it (Altough I've had books on my TBR shelf much longer). I'm excited about it though.

The story was slow going. It's not that stuff wasn't happening, it just took a bit for it to happen. The last 25% of the book was the best part and there were so many cliffhangers and unanswered questions at the end. I think the series has potential at the very least and I'll be reading the next book. 3/5
