Pickpick

When I started it, I was already slipping into a reading slump and I hoped that I could read through it. 179 pages in and I found it simply couldn't hold my interest. So I made the decision to put it down. I'm out of it and picked this back up today. And I read all the way to the end, page 510. It was phenomenal, heart wrenching, amazing.... I'm so glad I didn't try and force it earlier. This book was probably one of my favourites of the year.

I loved this series end. While I found the second book a little slow at times, this one more than made up for it. I couldn't put it down, and when I had to put it down to deal with life and work, I couldn't get it out of my head. All of my questions were answered, everything was wrapped up nicely, and I need to read Six of Crows. Like, right now.

This book broke me a little inside and I'm honestly not sure what to do with myself right now.

I loved this book. I've been in a bit of a reading slump for the past two weeks and I've found it hard to get into or finish anything and this book succeeded in finally pulling me out of it I think. This is a ya thriller and it kept me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't put it down and read the whole thing in one sitting. I didn't see the ending coming a mile away and I just really loved it!
