This is the goulash recipe I use most often. I have used GF noodles I just make them seperate and add them last minute I have also used beef crumbles Gardein Ultimate Beefless Ground, 13.7 oz Bag https://www.walmart.com/ip/198945721 for vegetarians in my family.

New audiobook locked and loaded and cross stitch is shaping up nicely. Once I get the tree on top of the car done, the only other complicated section is adding snowflakes. Smooth sailing after that! 🎄
