thegirlwiththelibrarybag Gale kinda sucked in the movies... I used to have brilliant HG debates with a coworker in my retail days - she was team Gale and I was (and am still) team Peeta! 7y
Leniverse I really liked Gale, but truth is they grew apart. I can see why she would choose someone who she's been through the wringer with that many times. There's just a level of trust and understanding with Peeta that she could never achieve with anyone else. All the HG contestants were seriously messed up and wouldn't function with anyone else. 7y
