pickSerge Storm and Coleman, Floridian duo, and my new favorites in dark comedy. Enthusiasm for FL parks, landmarks, and snorkeling (or drugs)-with a side of vigilante justice. I checked out the book based on the title. So happy I did. Dorsey left a legacy of this series. I typically go for the ghosts/monster/horror/crime genres. Tropic of Stupid (and a Serge/Coleman series!) has me hooked. Absurd but under-appreciated Florida. And the Spaceman!
pickAbsolute insanity. Some seriously laugh-out-loud moments and some utterly ridiculous. Two bad guys (one perpetually high/drunk) commit foul deeds on those who deserve it, like kidnapping a kidnapper in the act. They decide they want to become normal and move across the street from an old friend and his family, and try to emulate their Christmas. Meanwhile, the family has its own hilarious misadventures.

pickIf you‘re not familiar with this series, it stars serial killer (but he only kills bad people!) and Florida fanatic Serge Storms with perpetually stoned sidekick Coleman always along for the ride. Here, they have a Christmas themed outing of their typical mayhem including, yes, elf costumes. As usual, fun, funny, and outrageous.
pickWow! I wasn't expecting the title of this book to be so literal. That bathroom scene at the mall is bonkers as hell! 😂 If you read this book you know what I'm talking about. Serge Storms and his sidekick Coleman bring their own brand of holiday cheer in this raunchy yet strangely endearing Christmas tale. Now that I know that this is a series, I plan to pick up more by this author. He sure knows how to bring out the laughs!
