I had to Google to find literary characters with my name. Thankfully @bookriot has a whole rundown of Rachels in literature.

And I‘ve never read a single one.

Except for the ones with the Biblical character.

rachelsbrittain I had a similar issue but fortunately immediately thought of the main character in Crazy Rich Asians which was the only Rachel I could think of off the cuff 😅 5y

DGRachel @mrsmarch @rachelsbrittain I like that idea and those are both fun hashtags!😂 The only non-biblical Rachel I could think of was a drunk, unreliable narrator and I DNF‘d it😳

The Girl on the Train: A Novel

mrsmarch @DGRachel @rachelsbrittain We need to bend our brains to this book club idea. Doesn‘t have to be books about Rachels. We could do a by-mail book club? I‘ve never done one. Also, I‘ve heard the narrator of The Girl on the Train was a horrible person, sorta sad we share a name. 5y
