Trying to get back into walking this year and the Levar Burton Reads podcast is one of my favorites to pair with a walk.
Gives me all the feels of the show Reading Rainbow but with stories for adults instead of kids.

Day 6 #NoShameReadathon2023 recommendations:
Podcast inspired
Here are 4 I‘ve read and enjoyed!
Stay Sexy & Don‘t Get Murdered - basically the podcasters rambles in a book, but a fun quick read
The World of LORE - there are several books collecting the tales of horror on the podcast
Welcome to Night Vale - direct transcripts of the podcast in print
Sadie - a fictional story of a podcast obsessed girl solving a crime
I enjoyed revisiting these characters. The second book was just as good as the first. Both make you think about the good bad binary. This one was a little more in your face about it. It makes you ponder and not just about the mysteries. The ending had some surprises just like the last as well. I also like how this book shows Pip angry and a little out of control. It makes her an authentic character. I‘d recommend this series and will read #3.
This book came at exact the right time… a gentle, quietly funny novel about the lengths we will go for the ones we love. ❤️

I almost did it last year… just 4 letters between me and finally completing #litsyatoz (K, Q, X & Z ). This year I am even more determined! I‘ve got my eye on you X! 👀
Finished on May 1st, but it was still the best of the month. Looking forward to finishing the series in 2023!
