My boss is actually a fine human being. He‘s kind, intellectually curious, and a devoted family man. As #theboss though he drives me crazy. He‘s constantly overwhelmed and thoroughly disorganized. I try to help, but I can only do so much.

I‘m not looking for a new job. That ship has sailed. But when I was, I found the tagged book to be insightful.

Took the Myers Briggs test again. I'm still an INTP. Any other INTPs out there?

A personality test to see what characters you are closest too.... this one‘s pretty good.

I can see most of that. 🤔

And there we go exactly what I was stating schools need to start utilizing the Myers-Briggs test before determining a child‘s abilities or disabilities

audraelizabeth That explains a lot for me. 4y
Paperback.Propensity Interesting 4y
Ddzmini @audraelizabeth and @Paperback.Propensity it is very interesting and it does explain the benefits of the MBTI 💁🏼‍♀️ 4y

With so many. Children misdiagnosed with learning disabilities personality types could circumvent these misdiagnosed issues. Personality type provides the information needed to understand how individuals learn. Thus providing a way to teach children in the way they will understand. What is your opinion?

TheNerdyProfessor Is this required reading for you? My background is in psychology and the MBTI is generally not considered a valid measure of personality (especially compared to other measures out there like the Big 5) 4y
DrSabrinaMoldenReads I am a clinical psychologist but have to admit that all descriptions I read about my INFJ type are always right on target. It‘s truly amazing to me. 4y
Ddzmini @TheNerdyProfessor yes it is required reading and it contains several similar aspects of the MBTI manual but in a shorter version. I actually this that this is a great instrument for personality... but I know there are other such test that are great as well 4y
Ddzmini @Joyfulmimi I agree with your assessment 🙌🏽💁🏼‍♀️ 4y

I am B. It's not something I'm proud of but it's only the truth. I guess I'm also E, but doesn't everyone read a series in order? If not please explain yourself.

Blueberry I think you are an H. I am an E and H. 4y

So here are my course books. I have to read them because the course requires me too, but I always read the books for each course cover-to-cover anyway. Although this time I‘m reading these because I love the subject (I really only need to read the tagged book) but because the course bookstore said these where requirements I‘m reading all of them. 🤗📚 and I have enough bookmarks too 🤪🙌🏽 so should I add these to my reading goals for the year?

Scochrane26 Yes, you should count them. 4y
SaturnDoo Absolutely count them. Any book you read counts IMO 😊 4y
Ddzmini Thank you @Scochrane26 @SaturnDoo 📚😋 4y

The bits about how the test itself was refined were interesting, especially that it was developed by two women. But some bits went on too long, and there was some generalization about millennials when talking about society as a whole embracing the cult of personality testing 🙄
