Everyone is doing great, these are chonky chonky books. I've really enjoyed the buddy read on SG and seeing what people think as the read
pickMy favourite fantasy series. First time I've re-read it in over 10 years and it's still as good as I remembered.
I do need a break before the next book. Maybe something cheerful and not as complex?

I'm reading my 1998 edition of Ship of Magic and the pages are like tissue paper!
We are nearing the time where we say goodbye to FitzChivalry and hello to magic ships and I am so excited!
Next book for #RealmofElderlings will be Ship of Magic which starts the Liveship Trader trilogy. This is by far my favourite trilogy

pickThe magic in this trilogy is god tier. The story is fast-paced & the multiple POVs are used skillfully to keep the pace quick and build the world. The political turmoil makes me wonder if the author is clairvoyant. Also, there are the coolest fucking dragons ever written. I could go on and on. Read this trilogy.
