pickThis is what Microsoft needed for a long time. Satya Nadella came along with just the approach--humility, compassion--and we're starting to see the Microsoft of old. The book reflects on the ideas that are redirecting the company back to it's roots of offering tools that help people do great things. Nadella writes well, covers technology topics with accessible language, and gives hope that Microsoft's shift will bring much needed change in tech.
