pickSad day, I‘m all caught up on this mystery series 😫 A couple big loose ends in ongoing plot lines, but the book came out on 2013 and there‘s no news on timing of the next book. pickReally enjoyed reading this book - a happier bedfellow to Orhan Pamuk's 'Snow' - both novels work on the premise of extreme weather isolating a community. Both works of translation. Both great.
This exhibit, which is part of the #Yokohama Museum of Art, (and based on currents in the Mediterranean), reminded me of this charming book which I was reading at the time. I'd picked up a copy at a #Macmillan book sale in #Egremont, #Cumbria. #translation #French #Canadian
