#tlt #threelistthursday Thanks @TheSpineView for the tag!

1) Ingrid Bergman (isn‘t Casablanca the best??)
2) Maggie Smith (ahhh, Downton Abbey)
3) Elizabeth Taylor (those violet eyes, I loved her in National Velvet; and my grandpa met her when he changed her tire when she had a flat in Marfa, Texas when she was filming Giant. She went on to bigger and better things and Grandpa did, too. He eventually became mayor of Marfa. 😊

TheBookHippie I agree Elizabeth Taylor!!! ♥️♥️ 1w
Susanita Ingrid Bergman is stunning in Casablanca! 1w

#AutumnPlease #scarf Ingrid Bergman was just iconic in Casablanca. The scarf with the white coat is stunning. I live in Az. Love scarves but unless I travel to cooler climates in the fall or winter , no cause to wear them.I still have a collection of them though.

Eggs Beautiful 🤍🧣🖤 I have a collection too but it‘s so hot here (TX) 7mo

I don't like the writing style and I feel like there is no plot at all. I'm just over halfway through and feel like it's not going anywhere.

A sweet book which skewed a little bit young for my taste at this time. I have preferred her other books compared to this.

Because I recently read Lou Kasischke‘s book about being on Everest during the 1996 devastating Everest climb, I went to the library to find books by folks who had been there at the same time. Krakauer was a second reading. Breashears has 2 chapters on it. Interesting to read the slightly different views they have on the event. All three books were captivating and I watched a zillion videos about it too. Early May is the window to climb. 🤞

A look at the 1970s exploitation film industry in Los Angeles, seen through the eyes of a man named Seymour. Seymour is a film editor and script writer, 27 years old, and an Iraqi Jew. His dream is to direct his own film and he gets that chance when one of his scripts, "Blood of the Virgin" is purchased and he is chosen to direct his vision. This book explores the making of the film, but also its effects on Seymour and his young family.
