#feistyfeb day 23: #boyintitle. There are three books in the Little Women series, and I read them all in my childhood. (Please tell me I'm not the only weirdo child that branched off to read Louisa May Alcott's entire catalog.) Jo's Boys is the third book in the trilogy. Not as good as Little Women, not even as good as Little Men (second book in the trilogy), but it ties up all the storylines nicely, and it is classic Alcott storytelling.
Joanne1 Oh yeah, I read them all. I've re-read Little women countless times but never the other two. I can barely remember them. I also read ALL of the Anne books and the spin offs. 7y

azulaco I really liked Eight Cousins and Rose in Bloom, in some ways more than the Little Women series. Although the temperance propaganda in Rose in Bloom was a little heavy. 7y
Itchyfeetreader in the uk little women and good wives are published as two separate titles. I was so confused when I visited Louis May Alcott's home and saw no reference to good wives!! 7y
