pickI really like this author. This book is just as good as George! Melissa is back as a supporting character this time, as is the bully Jeff. Rick starts off friends with Jeff, but realises he has better friends elsewhere. Rick also has an absolutely adorable, sweet relationship with his Grandpa Ray. They are both sci-fi nerds and even dress up and go to a sci-fi convention together. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
I discovered this stand alone sequel to George when I looked for the audiobook at my library, so I thought I‘d give this a go, too… just as soon as I get some sleep. I need some of this sweetness to get me through my Thursday (long story, I‘ll talk about it later).

pickWhat a sweet story. I loved every minute of it. This is a wonderful story about loving yourself for who you really are, not what other people want you to be or try to make you. That‘s a message that‘s important for everyone. I loved the inclusion of Charlotte‘s Web in this one. I can remember reading that book at that age as well. Sadly, we didn‘t get to do a play.
