Cinfhen I found this book completely believable and unputdownable. Very current and shines a spotlight on the college admissions scandal, the extreme lengths parents will go to and the inflated privilege & ego associated with certain colleges & universities. Major props to authors Wendy Katzman and Tracy Dobmeier for nailing the helicopter-moms craziness and unchecked competitiveness. I can‘t wait to see what these friends write next.

Cinfhen If you‘ve already been done the college admissions process @mom2bugnbee you‘re probably already scarred from the ordeal😉 This book felt REAL - and it‘s been 6 years since my middle son graduated college & 10 for my daughter!!!!! It‘s pretty accurate description of those #MomsBehavingBadly @Reviewsbylola @Butterfinger 3y

Butterfinger My Abigail is going through this right now. She has been accepted by the school of her choice on her own merits. But, I couldn't help thinking of current events when she was going through the application process. 3y

Cinfhen Congrats @Butterfinger it‘s such a stressful time for the kids and all the external pressures do not help!! My daughter got wait- listed at her top school and eventually she was accepted but at that point she had already moved on to a different school, which she ended up LOVING. 3y

Going through this with my youngest right now too & not sure I could handle this book any more than I‘ve ever been able to handle these types of moms. She‘s been accepted into 2 programs she really likes and is waiting on 2 more before deciding but is already happy. Truth is there are so many good schools & this pressure is terrible for kids and moms too!! 3y
