TK-421 @Sunraven Yay! I‘ll need your Camp Nano name & if you haven‘t already adjusted your cabin settings you‘ll have to do that. Select “I don‘t want to be included in a cabin” so you don‘t get automatically sorted into a random cabin & Deselect “I don‘t want cabin invitations this session” so you can receive invitations 5y

Sunraven Whoops, I should show up now. I apparently *selected* “I don‘t want cabin invitations” since I had it deselected to start with, and I wasn‘t paying attention to whether it was on or off when I checked the box. 😅 5y

jmofo I‘m planning on it! Last year, @CocoReads had a Litsy Cabin, we can get another going this year. I have to log in again since I haven‘t been on since November. I‘m glad you posted about this! 5y

wanderinglynn I‘ve been thinking about it. I wrote a novel during NaNo 2013, but have never gotten around to doing anything with it. I‘ve been planning to work on it some more. Maybe this would be a good time. 5y

CocoReads I‘m not going to be able to do it this time. I‘ve got my certification exam coming up at the end of April and I‘m not nearly ready for it. Good luck though and maybe I‘ll be able to do the one in July. 5y

RainyDayReading I did last year, but it‘s not going to work out this time around. Keeping my fingers crossed that I‘ll be able to jump in this summer and finish my Nano from 2018 up. 5y

CocoReads @TK-421 I‘m planning on doing July. Probably just edits but I‘ll need something for stress relief after the next couple months. In addition to prepping for my exam, we‘re short handed and one of my co workers is taking June off because his wife is having knee surgery. Leaving us even thinner on staff. So I‘m pretty sure I‘m going to need July! I‘ll be cheering everyone on though! 5y

#Nanowrimo is here! Like last year, I'm being a rebel by choosing to work on an existing project rather than starting a new one because I really want to get through this round of revisions! I have eager friends and family who've been waiting to read it but I don't feel like it's ready to show anyone yet. llwheeler I guess I'm sort of a NaNo rebel... I haven't signed up or anything but I am challenging myself to write *something* every day in Nov, no wordcount pressure. So far it's been journaling and brainstorming :) 5y

jmofo I‘m trying to complete a first draft of something I have been writing for a while, so I‘m writing new scenes and parts but it‘s an existing story that is 1/3 written. 5y

Self-Editing for Fiction Writers | Renni Browne, Dave King

It's April, which means #CampNanowrimo! Usually, I'm on the ball, scribbling and typing furiously as soon as the month starts, but this time I haven't even touched my WIP or looked for a #revision cabin to join! Not good 😟 Ugh! I hope I can get back on track this weekend. Any other #NanosofLitsy / #LittenWrimos in the same boat?

llwheeler Camp NaNo isn't the same word goal as NaNo? I'd just assumed it was... 15k in a month is much more doable for me. Maybe I'll look into it this year... 6y

wanderinglynn Me! I had high hopes to start revising the store I wrote in November. Here it is April 4 & I haven‘t even picked it up. And like you, haven‘t looked at cabins or anything since I signed up for CampNaNo. 😕 6y

TK-421 @llwheeler For Camp, you get to set your own goal! There's also the option to be in a "cabin", which is a group of writers (max 20, I think), with a message board/chat room where Campers can talk, ask for advice, cheer each other on, etc. Camp Nano months are April & July. 6y
