This book is just over #600pages and is one I hope to read eventually. Though I haven‘t had much luck with his books to date…

Morgan's Run: A Novel | Colleen McCullough

Weighing in at 800+ pages, this chunkster has been on my shelf for a very long time. I am slowly working my way through it. The historical research is superb.

Unterleuten: Roman | Juli Zeh

Was für ein Meisterwerk, ich bin schwer begeistert! Die ersten 100 Seiten waren etwas schwerfällig, aber danach steigerte sich die Spannung ins schier Unermessliche. Dieses Buch wird von den vielfältigen Charakteren, ihren Geheimnissen, Intrigen und Plänen getragen und eher weniger von der Handlung. Die Verfilmung (ZDF Mediathek) kann ich auch empfehlen!

Buechersuechtling Oh, ja. Ich erinnere mich‼️ Meine Schwester hatte es mir empfohlen, daraufhin habe ich in meiner Bücherei danach gesucht und musste mich in der Reihe der Vormerkungen erstmal hinten anstellen, aber dann, als ich es nach gefühlten Monaten _endlich_ lesen konnte‼️? – Ja, klasse Buch. Eins, das man nicht (so schnell) vergisst. 4y

thewallflower0707 Die Verfilmung hat mir auch gut gefallen, sie war überraschend nah am Buch dran ?. Als nächstes auf meiner Liste von dieser Autorin ist dann „Neujahr“.
