Every year on June 1st I start my birthday celebrations. I celebrate as many days as I am years old. I do something everyday. It doesn't have to cost money. This morning kicking off with yoga on my deck. Basically just take some me time each day. ALWAYS includes lots of books. Because as my favorite Yoga teacher says "How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything". ?

Crinoline_Laphroaig @Cinfhen @LeahBergen it kind of mutated from 100 Days Happy Challenge a few years ago. Trips to Library, Glass of wine on the deck with husband, Smoothies with yoga tribe after class, just so many ways to have some fun in your life. 7y

Crinoline_Laphroaig @RachelO It was Facebook and Instagram challenge. You picked a start date and everyday posted a picture of something that made you happy. It could be anything: flowers on the side of road, bowl of ice cream, stack of your favorite books. The idea being that we have opportunities every day to be happy. 7y
