Trust Me | Romily Bernard
7 posts | 3 read | 3 to read
New York Times bestselling author Jay Asher called Find Me a thriller that keeps picking up speed, while New York Times bestselling author Sophie Jordan hailed Romily Bernard as an exceptional new voice in YA. Trust Me is the thrilling conclusion to the Find Me trilogy, in which loose ends come together and chilling plot twists complicate Wick Tates life more than ever. Perfect for fans of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. With all of Wick Tates secretswho can she really trust? Wick is used to relying on only herself, but when she has nowhere left to turn, shes going to have to learn to trust someone if shes going to finally escape her demons. . . .

All them plot twists and betrayals really made this book spectacular! I loved the plot in this one, instead of investigating a murder Wick is fighting for her freedom whilst trying to survive. I enjoyed the political/power side of it, but nothing beats a murder mystery. I loved the romance, I'm so glad she ended up with who I wanted her to, and I really loved the character development we got, especially with Bren. An AMAZING series, I loved it!

Yet to read this book, but after taking apart a broken laptop for fun, I thought this would make an aesthetically pleasing picture that suits the book...

12 books this month - with rather a lean towards junior/middle grade (I was doing a kidlit challenge over on IG).

My favourite reads: Dear Amy, Thrice the Brindled Cat Hath Mew'd, All In and Trust Me...

Thanks to @RealLifeReading for creating the #somethingforsept challenge. It's been a blast.

DAMN! That was exhilarating! Wick's been through some tough stuff over the course of 3 books and it all came to together with a bang. I love books with tough moral choices and this book really delivered. My heart was actually pounding. Mystery, suspense, love, betrayal - 😍 (also, how fabulous is this cover!?)

I LEFT MY BOOK AT HOME 😭😭😭

Luckily I work in a library and this book (which I've been waiting for forever) was waiting for me... And someone left mini bunny rabbits on the staff room table (and the rule is if it's on the table - anyone can eat it ☺️)

BookishTrish Libraries are the same everywhere! I got coconut cream pie today! 8y
Carol Our staff room is being recarpeted and painted so the meeting space next to my cubicle has the free food table. And the coffee maker 😍😍😍😍 8y
Carol PS: today's free food included a variety of chips, especially some ketchup chips from across the border thanks to a traveling coworker 😋 8y

thegirlwiththelibrarybag @Carol, there will be birthday cake and cheese on the table tomorrow (I'm not 100% sure why there is will be cheese but it's happening 😂) ketchup chips sound interesting (and not a flavour I've seen in Australia) 8y
Carol @thegirlwiththelibrarybag cake!!!! The ultimate break room score. I've only ever seen ketchup chips in Canada. While it sounds weird they are actually quite tasty and I may have eaten a bunch yesterday. 😂 8y
thegirlwiththelibrarybag @Carol, chip research! 8y
