After being unimpressed with another series I started by this author I honestly didn‘t set my hopes too high but it was really a lot of fun and I‘m very curious to see where the series goes and what happens with Selene & Memnon her worst enemy/soul mate. The maturity level of the early college age MC was perfect & I pictured her in my college era taking on sorcerers & monsters in a bandage dress & Charlotte Russe heels. 😂

Loved the world and the conflict in this story. Every time Selene uses her power, she loses her memories. Memnon truly is her enemy in that his love of power conflicts with his love for her. Also I really liked that her familiar is a panther she names Nero. 🐈‍⬛

I read this book in 5 hours. Maybe it‘s because I‘m stuck on a train or because it was just this enjoyable, but I couldn‘t put it down! This book explores how soul mates can become enemies in a sexy, mysterious, and downright sinful way. If you leave your morals at the door, this is a book for you! It‘s truly a dark romance. 4/5 #readitandwreath #wintergames

This one is book one in her new series and it's so freaking good! There is a lot of humor, spice and amazing world building. This author has been picked up by Bloom Books so she's now available in bookstores now if you prefer a hard copy to download versions. Selene and Memnon are great.
