Love is in the heir in this royally good rom com debut releasing in Spring 2023 – perfect for anyone who likes relatable heroines (with great hair), hot and aloof book boyfriends (with great hats), near misses, almost kisses and a corgi or two.

I wanted to like this book more than I did. The author actually lived at the Tower of London, so the insider views of the place are interesting and the best part of the story. The romance and characters themselves were difficult to get enthused about.

I'm starting to think romcom's just aren't my cuppa anymore. Whilst this had a great premise, and I wanted to like this one...it just fell flat for me. Forgettable and easy to read. #LittensLoveRomance #bookspin @TheAromaofBooks

Pickpick

Written by a women who grew up at The Tower of London this #RomCom was inspired by Clawson's "neighbours" and "neighbourhood".

Clumsy red-head meets Darcy-esque red-coat this could have been just another enemies-to-lovers story, but it's the setting and the insider information that's the USP.

I did not fall hard for this. I didn‘t even fall a little. I thought I would love this, or at least enjoy it, but unfortunately I really didn‘t. This was pretty boring; it was a lot of her being down on herself and the romance portion came pretty far back. This just wasn‘t a fun read for me. But, the historical facts, descriptions of the Tower and life for those who live there, and all that was amazing.
