A History of the Theatre Costume Business: Creators of Character https://smile.amazon.com/dp/1138484296/
My book is almost out! Here‘s a discount code for my Litsy pals, for 20% off, good through November 30. Learn about the people who make the iconic costumes of your favorite Broadway shows, and learn about the inspiring people who founded the first costume studios in the US.
It's a month and a day until our book release for A History of the Theatre Costume Business: Creators of Character!
It would be a fantastic help to request the title from your library--I know $35 for a paperback is a lot of money for some folx and library access may be the only option for many potential readers.
Thank you so much for supporting my book!
I made a video of my coauthors & I chatting about the research process on this book!

DISCLAIMER: This review is based on the galley of the book. Also, I'm one of the authors. I did only write a chapter & a 1/2, & this is the first time i've read my coauthors' chapters.
This would be a great bookclub pick for groups interested in theatre, costuming, etc. & a great textbook for a class on this history of where Tony winning designers got their clothes made. This feels like a start to a story only just beginning to be told.
Just started the proof! This is exciting because I have only read the sections of the book that I wrote! I‘m looking forward to learning about what my co-authors wrote.
Our book is on Litsy! So excited!!!
Not sure how to get the listing corrected—I‘m a third co-author, not the primary author. Is there a way to report that?
