Quick listen while I finished a puzzle and started a new one. Super creepy, but it seems like the series will be a good listen, even though I‘m not a huge fan of the narrator. #scarathlon2022 #teamslaughter @Clwojick

I liked reading this. It's short length made it perfect for an afternoon of reading. Dean Koontz is a good author. I was invested in the story from the start. I like the idea of a person going from town to town and serving justice to evil doers. This is a series I plan to continue.

Pretty good short story. I am curious enough to see what the rest of the series is about. Mysterious super natural aspects and a strange company controls a killer for hire. Vigilante or revenge artist?

I love Dean Koontz and am intrigued by this character, Nameless. This first story is a great start to this series. Nameless appears in a town out of nowhere and saves the day. He not only protects victims from their perpetrator, he serves a vigilante type of justice. I look forward to reading more; I really want to get to know this character.

5 Stars

I'm not usually big on short stories, but this Amazon Original story was so well written that I didn't feel slighted in the least by the development or way it ended. Love me some Koontz! Now on to #2.

First Dean Koontz. So far not a fan.

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick I started this, got about 10 minutes in then promptly bailed. It just didn't feel like my cup of tea. 4y

In my lifetime, I‘ve only read one other Dean Koontz book and I was not a fan. I found this little series while playing around my Kindle site that caught my attention as I was scanning for a book differing from my norm.
This is book one in a series of short stories. I must say that I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the others. The plot is a little hard to swallow but not too grotesque and I was quite fond of the main character.

First in the Nameless series. Good set up book. I prefer the other books in the series, however, you won't appreciate those without the first one.
