New reading buddy.

Early on I thought this book might take more of a turn towards sci-fi. Pretty good overall, felt let down by the ending.

I was tempted to quit this book several times during the opening chapters, because I found Dannie annoying. I decided to stick with it though because it is a quick read and I‘m mostly glad I did? I guess? I feel conflicted. I enjoyed Dannie and Bella‘s friendship, but I feel conflicted about how some things were handled. I was nervous about how it would end, but I‘m glad the author didn‘t take it (fully) in the direction I was expecting. 2.5⭐️

I finished this book ...and after a few hours I still don't know what to think about it.. But it has been on my shelf for almost a year.

I really enjoy this book. The author did a great job with the suspense. Made me cry.

I am a bit miffed now as I paid £4.99 for this on the 20th March, I am tempted to send mine back get the money back then rebuy it at this price but its not worth the hassle of it and it's just how it goes.

I read The Dinner List by this author and it just broke my heart, she is such a wonderful author.
