A friend of mine gave this to me a while ago, so I grabbed it before I left for work. Off to a good start!

I have to give another shout out to another pair of wisecracking, funny siblings that I never see on here- Wheezie and Juts, two hilarious southern sisters. Their banter and barbs never failed to highly entertain me. I loved the books they showed up in. Their love/snark/love relationships always made me pine for a sister. #Augustofpages

Fun photo Friday picks! As I'm looking at these guys, I'm realizing the theme of (chosen) family is strong. Definitely threads of being true to oneself, magic, and utopia, too. Sigh. I just want the world to be a better place for everybody. ❤️

shelf-devoted Awww, Francesca Lia Block was a favourite of mine as an awkward, misfit, punk-loving type of teen. I should do a reread! 8y
