pick(1969) Sequel to "The Zero Stone," in which Murdoch Jern and his telepathic shapeshifting cat/alien partner Eet go looking for the source of the Zero stones. Too bad that there are only two in this series, because it has Andre Norton in top form. I'd read a dozen more.
An unexpected #Bookhaul! Last night I was looking at a friend‘s shelves & noting he had quite a collection of Andre Norton novels, mentioned I‘ve been wanting to read more of her work. Him: “Oh yeah, forgot about those. Don‘t even remember where I got them. You can have them if you want. I‘d rather they went to someone who will enjoy them instead of sitting on my shelves unread.” So of course I brought them home! Now I need to find shelf space! 😁
