For the #bfc photo challenge of the week I chose yoga. Specifically bedroom yoga. Instructed by my all time favorite Yoga with Adriene . I had never even attempted yoga besides a little bit in high school during cross country until I ran across her YouTube videos! They are simple fun and she has one for every mood and feeling! Love a calm vinyasa. If you haven‘t given her videos a try do it!
