I enjoyed this read but also wanted to throw it across the room when I finished it, I‘d recommended if you want a good thriller.

It‘s also free on Apple Books and seems to be a promotion by Heat Magazine that suggests they‘re going to be giving away a free book to download every week so might be one to look out for. Presumably Amazon are matching the price to not miss out on business. 4y
squirrelbrain I did just see a review of her new book in a magazine so I wondered if that was why.... I‘ll keep an eye on Heat - I‘ve started reading all the ‘trashy‘ magazines in lockdown! 🤪 (on Readly - do you have that?) 4y

Mehso-so

I finished it, but found the format irritating. I also found the whole plot too far fetched and therefore was not engaged. The characters were irritating and two dimensional. The gist of the plot is that a marriage is failing due to the inability of the husband to behave. The house is collateral damage but that is only a tiny bit of the story.
