Breakfast Epiphanies
Breakfast Epiphanies: Finding Wonder in the Everyday | David Anderson
2 posts | 1 read
David Anderson has been a popular columnist in his parish for many years. Writing about his everyday experienceslike cleaning up the yard after a storm, waiting in the doctor's office, even helping his teenage daughters pick out fall dresseshe explores how the divine surprises us in these ordinary events. Breakfast Epiphanies is a collection of forty-one of these true-life tales. "I wish David Anderson had written Breakfast Epiphanies twenty years ago. Reading it then would have made me a better person, parent, and pastor. In any event, I'm glad it's here now. And I bet you will be too." Philip Gulley, author of Front Porch Tales "This is a delightful book, wise without being precious; entertaining without being trivial . . . Readers of almost any persuasion should enjoy Anderson's affable company." June Sawyers, Booklist "D. H. Lawrence once called wonder our sixth sense, a natural religious sense. Anderson's tutorial on this spiritual practice is refreshing." Spirituality & Health

1. Not a huge fan of breakfast but maybe a coffee cake with a cup of coffee.
2. I don‘t know. At WDW I like to eat at Sci-fi which is themed like an old drive in showing short, cheesy sci-fi flicks.
3. Not really. I worry about getting food in/on my book 😂
4. I‘m pretty happy with vanilla honestly.

1. The one I eat most of is porridge and nutella, however my favourite is Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes (I don't have it often because it's bad for the diabetes)
2. There's restaurants in London (My Old Dutch) that just serve pancakes, both savoury and sweet
3. Depends on what I'm reading.
4. Chocolate Toffee Popcorn
