Lizards are very strange creatures and the author explains all their weird phenomenons and talents. This is great as a supplement for a science lesson.

This book is about all about lizards and what their life is like. It‘s good to teach children about lizards life‘s.

This book pretty much gives every fun fact children would want / need to know about lizards. It is very descriptive and would be a great book to read to a class.

I like how at the beginning of the book, the author provides a few vocabulary words that are important to the book. There is also a labeled diagram shown of a lizard showing its different parts.

I like this image and quote because I didn‘t know they could grow a new tail and I also didn‘t know what it would look like!!

Love the incorporation of this learn more page because as a future teacher if I want to teach a lesson on lizards I can not only read this book to my class, but also look in these resources for further examples to show my class!

In the back, it gives photo credits to all the photographs. It also says they did their best to make sure internet addresses were active and appropriate.

Nonfiction. I think this book is great for the kid who wants to know about animals and living things. It‘s a great intro to the world of lizards and if they find that they have a great interest in lizards after reading this and they want to know more, there are six additional resources in the back of the book that they can check out.
