This is how I spent my Saturday afternoon. It was absolutely stunning.
I was looking for some les Mis musical memes, but came across this one and couldn't help but think of our #LesMisBuddyRead last fall.
Day 5: I do love this book, but it‘s my favorite musical of all time. Tonight was my fifth time seeing it and it was the 2nd best production I‘ve seen. (First was on Broadway.)

Amen for audiobooks! I've made it into Book 3 (started early) but there's no way I'd have gotten so far without listening to it. I think I prefer the audio. It removes any guilt I feel about all the footnotes I'm NOT reading. (Anyone reading them? There's so many! 🤪)
Sometimes I wonder how editors can abridge a classic. Not so with Les Mis! 😂
I do like the book and look forward to tomorrow's discussion!
